Q. What is the Source of your Replacement Cost Data
A. Our cost data is generated by a proprietary model that includes construction labor rates at the MSA (Mean Statistical Area) level that is published by the U.S. Department of Labor, material cost data from a variety of public and private sources, user feedback, and other proprietary datasets. Each cost multiplier generated is particular to one of over 40,000 local areas of the country based on the subject property location.
