Q. How do I cancel or pause my account?
A. Choose "Submit a Ticket" on the Contact or Help Desk page. Fill out the form with your account contact information. Using the "Choose a Topic" drop-down menu, scroll to the option "Cancel or Pause My Subscription." Then click the "Submit" button.
Also, please note that “per report” pricing has recently been released if that is helpful to you in the future. Just attempt to log in using your current credentials and you will be prompted to “renew” or purchase a “per report” pricing option.
